Kembrew McLeod, Freedom of Expression

Larry Lessig highly recommends this new book by a University of Iowa professor. This seems to be the gist of it: "The overzealous copyright bozos who try to use the law as a censorious weapon mock the idea of democracy, and they step on creativity."
